What's Been Going On...

The last month and a half have flown by and school starts next week. Work has been keeping me very busy during the week so weekends have been spent trying to re-energize. Carson has been staying very busy this summer. He has been taking more swim lessons and now can swim with no floating device and is also comfortable jumping off the diving board into 12 feet of water. He's like a fish in the water and you can't get him out. Carson also started Boy Souts this year and went to his first Day Camp. He had so much fun and is always talking about Day Camp. Carson has also experienced his first real try at rock climbing (in a facility with walls taller than 6 feet). He did pretty good for his firt time. Me on the other hand... not as good as I was in my early twenties... go figure. Carson is also doing summer basketball right now. So even though we have not been traveling or vacationing since early July, we have stayed pretty busy. Next stops will be Flaming Gorge and Big Rock Candy Mountain so we should end our summer with a bang!
